Overview
Odíhg Ftāíhvvíhp was founded durring the early 14th century in fall of the year 1349, by Chil̄ Lewis. The establishment of Odíhg Ftāíhvvíhp was only bairly constructed. The sheer number of problems with its founding were enough to make several of the backers funding Odíhg Ftāíhvvíhp's construction back out of the project. Chil̄ Lewis pushed on reguardles, and Odíhg Ftāíhvvíhp was finished, but starts off as a terible place to live.
Odíhg Ftāíhvvíhp was built using the conventions of Tauric durring the early 14th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Odíhg Ftāíhvvíhp is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature waddle and daub construction with good timber frames and a stone foundation protected by thatched or shingled rooves. Most buildings with second floors are built in such a way as to overhang into the streets on the upper floors for more space, as building size seems to be the primary indicator of wealth within the community. Most buildings are not decorated with any integral features, but instead use ivy, flowers, and other natural elements in planters of on trellices to breathe life into the structure they grow upon.
Odíhg Ftāíhvvíhp is buildings are located arround a single crampt cobblestone mainstreet which forms a clockwise spiral to give the town a over all circular shape. The town emploies a series of defencive earthworks and fences to provide minimal protection against wild beasts and smaller groups of intelegent foes. Unfortuantly, these somewhat suffishent are in extreem disrepair, so much so that one cannot tell if they are decaying from a lack of mantance or damage incured.
Odíhg Ftāíhvvíhp has the unmistakable air of a town on its last legs. Everything is a bit slipshod and ramshackle. Everyone is at work, or drinking. No one has anything in their eyes other than fear and despair. Whatever industry once fueled Odíhg Ftāíhvvíhp ’s existence has dried up and the town is drifting down the stream of history as it dries up. The locals seem to have responded to their slow downfall by recreating Odíhg Ftāíhvvíhp as one of the strictest places imaginable. Everyone’s actions are clearly directed by laws they keep in heart and mind at all times. Orderly byond order is a phrase which the town brings to mind.
Civic Infrastructure
Odíhg Ftāíhvvíhp has an Office of Civil Groundskeeping, which works to enforce local ordinances relating to the construction and upkeep up of all plant life, water features, and other natural decorations within Odíhg Ftāíhvvíhp. They are also responsible for the maintenance of these features. Notably, the OCG is not responsible for Odíhg Ftāíhvvíhp's parks.

Odíhg Ftāíhvvíhp possesses an older civil lighting system consisting of street lamps. These lights provide nighttime illumination to most city streets.
Odíhg Ftāíhvvíhp has a Parks and Recreation Department, which is responsible for the construction, management, and usage rights for all of its parks and parklands. They are not to be confused with the Office of Civil Groundskeeping as they do not hold authority over nor responsibility for Odíhg Ftāíhvvíhp's natural decorations nor waterways.
Odíhg Ftāíhvvíhp has a Guild of Roadworkers, who are responsible for maintaining the roadways and public paths within town. They also have the duty of enforcing all civil laws relating to the roadways.
Odíhg Ftāíhvvíhp has a public schooling program overseen by the Hall of Sages who has the responsibility of ensuring access to affordable high-quality education in all basic classes (Reading, Writing, Mathmatics, General Sciences, General Arcana, and Social Education) is made available to all citizens.
Odíhg Ftāíhvvíhp has a public septic system, which allows its citizens to have indoor bathrooms. The septic system is overseen by the League of Sewerkeepers, who posses the legal authority to enforce all laws relating to the septic system, and are also tasked with its maintenance and upkeep.
Cultural Notes
Odíhg Ftāíhvvíhp's garrison was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is based upon new and innovative technologies of construction and the idea that form should follow function. It was an embrace of minimalism and a rejection of ornament. The style became characterized by an emphasis on volume, asymmetrical compositions, and minimal ornamentation..
In Odíhg Ftāíhvvíhp snow is warm to the touch and does not melt within city limits. Also it only happens during summer.
The Blood Hawk near Odíhg Ftāíhvvíhp are known to be more aggressive than normal.

In time immemorial, reportedly some time during the early 2nd century, Odíhg Ftāíhvvíhp was attacked by soldiers from another nation, waging a greater campaign. The details of the conflict are hazy at best due to many conflicting accounts. What is known is Odíhg Ftāíhvvíhp lost 142 people, 279 livestock, and 30 buildings. The conflict ended after roughly 112, when members of Odíhg Ftāíhvvíhp's militia enacted an operation to destroy a particular fortification. The operation was complicated by an outbreak of plague which struck the ranks, killing many and laying low many more. The conflict ended with pitched battle between both forces, which ended in victory for Odíhg Ftāíhvvíhp's forces. The war is remembered in legend by Odíhg Ftāíhvvíhp's bards, historians, and legend keepers.
